If you’re ready to commit to True Match Surrogacy but prefer a smaller initial financial commitment, our Three-Milestone Full-Service Agency Program allows you to distribute the standard $25,000 agency fee across three meaningful stages of your matching journey.
Your first payment is just $5,000 CAD at registration, with the remaining agency fee deferred until your journey reaches the introduction and successful-match milestones.

Paid when you enroll in our Full-Service Agency Program.
Stage 2 | Introduction Milestone | $10,000 CAD
Paid when you reach the introduction milestone, as defined in your Agency Services Agreement.
Stage 3 | Successful Match | $10,000 CAD
Paid when you successfully match with a qualified surrogate, in accordance with your Agency Services Agreement.
Total Agency Fee: $25,000 CAD
You receive our complete Full-Service Agency Program from registration. You don’t have to wait until all three milestones have been reached to receive our maximum level of service, recruitment, promotion and support.

The Three-Milestone option is designed for intended parents who are ready to make a full-service commitment but want to preserve more of their available funds at the beginning of their journey.
Instead of paying $23,000 upfront or committing $12,000 at registration under our Two-Milestone option, you begin with $5,000 CAD.
The remaining $20,000 is tied to two meaningful developments in your matching journey: an introduction to a prospective surrogate and a successful match.
This creates a straightforward progression:

How the Three Milestones Work
Stage 1 — Registration | $5,000 CAD
Your first payment activates your complete Full-Service Agency Program.
True Match begins dedicating resources to your journey immediately, including profile development, promotion, advertising, surrogate recruitment, matching efforts and personalized support.
Full-service benefits begin from Stage 1.
Stage 2 — Introduction Milestone | $10,000 CAD
Your second payment becomes payable when your journey reaches the introduction milestone specified in your Agency Services Agreement.
This connects a substantial portion of your agency fee to tangible progress in the matching process rather than requiring it all at registration.
Stage 3 — Successful Match | $10,000 CAD
Your final agency-fee payment becomes payable when you successfully match with a qualified surrogate, as defined in your Agency Services Agreement.
Total Agency Fee: $25,000 CAD
There are no interest charges or financing fees. You are simply choosing to pay the standard Full-Service Agency Fee at three different stages of your journey.
Two Milestones or Three?
Both options provide the same comprehensive Full-Service Agency Program. The difference is how much you commit at registration, when the remaining balance becomes payable and the total agency fee.
Two Milestones — Better Overall Value

Choose Two Milestones if you can make a larger initial commitment. In return, you save $1,000 CAD compared with the Three-Milestone option.

Important Pricing Information
The Three-Milestone Full-Service Agency Program divides the standard $25,000 CAD agency fee into three milestone payments: $5,000 CAD at registration, $10,000 CAD at the introduction milestone and $10,000 CAD upon a successful match.
This is a milestone payment arrangement for the Full-Service Agency Program and is separate from True Match’s monthly membership plans. Full-service benefits begin at registration, subject to the terms of your Agency Services Agreement.
The specific events that constitute the Introduction Milestone and a Successful Match—and therefore trigger the applicable payments—are determined according to the definitions and provisions contained in your Agency Services Agreement.
The agency fee compensates True Match Surrogacy for agency services and does not constitute payment or compensation to a surrogate. Surrogate reimbursements, legal fees, medical expenses, fertility clinic and IVF costs, medications, escrow funding and other third-party journey expenses are separate from the agency fee unless expressly stated otherwise in your Agency Services Agreement.
