If you’re ready to commit to True Match Surrogacy but prefer to align your agency payments with meaningful progress in your journey, our Two-Milestone Full-Service Agency Program offers a simple and balanced alternative.

Instead of paying the entire agency fee upfront or making consecutive monthly installments, your agency fee is divided into two clearly defined milestone payments:

Stage 1 | Registration | $12,000 CAD

Paid when you enroll in our Full-Service Agency Program.

Stage 2 | Successful Match | $12,000 CAD

Paid when you successfully match with a qualified surrogate, in accordance with the matching terms of your Agency Services Agreement.

Total Agency Fee: $24,000 CAD

By choosing two milestones rather than our three-milestone option, you receive a $1,000 CAD savings against our standard $25,000 Full-Service Agency Fee.

Why Two Milestones?

The Two-Milestone Program is designed for intended parents who want to balance financial flexibility with long-term value.

Your initial $12,000 registration payment allows True Match to commit substantial resources to your journey from the beginning, including profile development and promotion, surrogate recruitment, advertising, technology, staffing and ongoing matching support.

In return for making a larger initial commitment, your total Full-Service Agency Fee is reduced from $25,000 CAD to $24,000 CAD.

The remaining $12,000 is deferred until one of the most important moments in your journey—a successful match with a qualified surrogate.

How the Two Milestones Work

Stage 1 — Registration | $12,000 CAD

Your first payment activates your Full-Service Agency Program.

True Match can immediately begin dedicating resources to your journey, including profile development, promotion, advertising, surrogate recruitment, matching efforts and personalized support.

Full-service benefits begin from Stage 1.

Stage 2 — Successful Match | $12,000 CAD

Your remaining agency fee becomes payable when you successfully match with a qualified surrogate, as defined in your Agency Services Agreement.

Until that milestone occurs, the $14,000 matching payment remains deferred.

Total: $24,000 CAD

Compared with our standard $25,000 agency fee, choosing the Two-Milestone option provides $1,000 CAD in savings in recognition of your larger financial commitment at registration.

Two Milestones or Three?

Both options provide the same comprehensive Full-Service Agency Program. The difference is when you pay and the total agency fee.

Two Milestones — Better Overall Value

You make a larger initial commitment, which allows True Match to fund the substantial recruitment, marketing, staffing and operational resources required to work actively on your behalf.

In return, you save $1,000 CAD compared with the Three-Milestone option.

Three Milestones — Greater Upfront Flexibility

Our Three-Milestone option requires a smaller financial commitment at registration and defers a greater portion of the agency fee until your journey progresses.

Registration: $5,000 CAD
Introduction Milestone: $10,000 CAD
Successful Match: $10,000 CAD

Total: $25,000 CAD

It’s designed for intended parents who prefer to preserve more capital at the beginning of their journey, even though the overall agency fee is higher.

Important Pricing Information

The Two-Milestone Full-Service Agency Program has a total agency fee of $24,000 CAD, divided into a $12,000 CAD Registration Fee and a $12,000 CAD Matching Fee.

The $1,000 CAD savings reflects the greater financial commitment made at registration compared with the Three-Milestone Full-Service option. Both options provide comprehensive Full-Service Agency services subject to the terms of your Agency Services Agreement.

The point at which a successful match occurs and the Stage 2 Matching Fee becomes payable is determined according to the matching provisions and definitions contained in your Agency Services Agreement.

The agency fee compensates True Match Surrogacy for agency services and does not constitute payment or compensation to a surrogate. Surrogate reimbursements, legal fees, medical expenses, fertility clinic and IVF costs, medications, escrow funding and other third-party journey expenses are separate from the agency fee unless expressly stated otherwise in your Agency Services Agreement.
