A refundable deposit of $2,500 CAD is required for all intended parents in addition to the selected agency fee option.
This deposit helps secure your intake position and supports the early administrative and coordination stages of your surrogacy journey. Upon successful completion of your journey — once the surrogate has been fully reimbursed for approved expenses — the deposit is refundable.
When purchased separately, this deposit may also serve as a professional services retainer for consultations, administrative coordination, or case preparation support.
