Screening is an important part of helping create safe, supported, and well-informed journeys for everyone involved. It helps ensure that potential surrogates are who they say they are and are prepared for the journey ahead. The process also allows us to better understand what each surrogate envisions their journey looking like, including their preferences, expectations, and what is important to them in a match.
