I’ve been very impressed with the True Match team throughout my consultation process. They are probably the most proactive and responsive surrogacy team I’ve ever spoken with. Whether it was late at night or during the weekend, they were always willing to respond promptly and keep the communication going.

Our experience working with Lauren and Marcel has been a very positive one. One of the things we’ve appreciated most is Lauren’s personal experience with surrogacy. Knowing that she’s been through the journey herself has given us an added level of reassurance. She understands the practical and emotional aspects involved and that perspective has been valuable when we’ve had questions or needed guidance.

Communication has also been a real strength. Lauren and Marcel have kept us updated throughout the process and have been transparent about what to expect, where things are up to, and the potential surrogate candidates they’ve identified for us. We have always felt informed, rather than left wondering what was happening behind the scenes. This has been a super helpful aspect for us, a big thanks to the both of them. 

As we live in Singapore, there are naturally some additional challenges that come with managing a Canadian surrogacy journey from overseas. Lauren and Marcel have been accommodating of the time difference and have worked with us to make communication as straightforward as possible. They’ve both been been flexible when arranging meetings and responsive whenever we’ve needed clarification or updates.

We’ve also appreciated the effort they’ve put into understanding what we’re looking for in a surrogate. Rather than taking a one size fits all approach, they’ve listened to our preferences and have introduced us to several strong potential matches that align well with what we’re hoping for. It’s been clear that they’ve taken our circumstances and priorities into account throughout the process. We’ve never felt like either of them were ‘pushing’ anything onto us and they have been understanding the entire time. 

We’ve found Lauren and Marcel to be experienced, professional and easy to work with. Surrogacy involves many moving parts, and having people who communicate openly and help guide you through each stage makes a real difference. While we’re still on our journey (and have a lot ahead of us), we’ve felt well supported so far and would happily recommend their agency to others looking for guidance through the surrogacy process, including intended parents who are navigating it from overseas.
