After signing your agency contract, your escrow account is set up with the agency fee and $2,500 refundable deposit. We manage reimbursements monthly per your legal contract, with 24/7 online access for transparency. Your deposit is returned within 2 weeks of your escrow closing date.
Although we’ve never seen this happen, the surrogacy contract, completed prior to embryo transfer, clearly establishes all parental rights in favor of the intended parents.

Our agency fee is $20,000, along with a $2,500 refundable deposit. Your fee includes access to our surrogates, ongoing support, regular check-ins, education throughout the process, and personalized guidance every step of the way.
True Match Surrogacy operates on a flat-fee model, meaning there are no additional agency fees regardless of how long it takes to achieve a live birth. If a match is broken or you need to pause your journey for any amount of time, you remain with our agency at no additional cost.
For added peace of mind, your agency fee also includes Seed Trust escrow account setup, ensuring your funds are professionally managed and secure. The $2,500 deposit is fully refundable at the completion of your journey once the surrogate has finalized all receipt submissions.
Our team works with you to identify your priorities and create a personalized profile. This profile is shared across social media and with surrogates in our program, while you review current surrogate profiles. Both intended parents and surrogates have complete choice in selecting their match.
Timing can vary depending on your matching criteria and other individual factors. We strongly recommend having embryos created prior to beginning the search for a surrogate, as this can influence a surrogate’s decision to move forward and may impact matching opportunities.
While we do not offer these services directly, we are happy to refer you to reputable Canadian egg and embryo donation providers.
